- Marriage license is $10.
- Marriage license must be used within 30 days.
- Both parties must be present at the clerk's office (normally).
- Neither party needs to be a Colorado resident.
- Bring government-issued ID.
- No blood test required.
- Marriage license from any county clerk office
is valid for use anywhere in the state.
- Couples themselves may solemnize their own marriage.
- If you have been married previously, you will need
to know the date, place and type of court if divorced.
Those who have been widowed will need to supply the
date and place of death of their deceased spouse
